Frequent Connection Lost With Paymentech (Doc ID 856592.1)

-- Problem Statement:
During payment authorization, there are frequent Connection lost problems with backend payment system Paymentech.

As per debug log, following error is coming: Connection reset

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to Oracle Application with Order Management User
2. Create Sales Order with Credit Card Authorization.
3. You will get Authorization Error
