GLXIQACC Account Inquiry Shows Incorrect Summary Balances

FORM:GLXIQACC.FMB - Account Inquiry
Symptoms
In the Account Inquiry form, when performing an account inquiry on a rollup group, the Summary Balances and the Detail Balances totals do not match.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Inquiry : Account,
- Query rollup group,
- Click the Show Balances button to show balances from the summary account.
- On this window click the Detail Balances button
- Export the balances to Excel and calculate the total. This doesn't match the total in step 3.
