GLXIQACC Account Inquiry Shows Incorrect Summary Balances (Doc ID 856623.1)

Symptoms

In the Account Inquiry form, when performing an account inquiry on a rollup group, the Summary Balances and the Detail Balances totals do not match.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Inquiry : Account,
  2. Query rollup group,
  3. Click the Show Balances button to show balances from the summary account.
  4. On this window click the Detail Balances button
  5. Export the balances to Excel and calculate the total. This doesn't match the total in step 3.
