Unable To Validate Personalizations For The Interaction Wrap-Up Form (Doc ID 856644.1)

When attempting to personalize the Interaction Wrap-Up form the following error occurs:

The form you were personalizing is no longer running. Please open it and try again

This is due to the the form being hidden behind the Wrap Up form.  The user closes the Wrap Up and tries to update the personalization form but encounters the error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to eBusiness Center form
2. Query for any Party
3. Start and end interactions (traffic light in menu)
4. The wrap-up form pops up
5. Launch personalization form by going to the Menu and navigating to Help > Diagnostics > Custom code > Personalize
6. Form opens up but is behind the Wrap-Up form. The only active form at this point is the Wrap-up form.

Due to this issue, unable to personalize the Interaction Wrap-Up form
