This article will list Install Base Transaction Errors with a possible cause and solution as may be encountered in E-Business Suite versions 11.5.8 and up. Without the intent or illusion to be able to cover all possible errors, this article will be a living document, being updated and added to as new information is made available to the author.


When there are more causes for a particular error listed in the table below, then the sequence number of the fix matches the fix; so if it is most likely that cause #2 applies, then use fix #2.

It is possible the solution(s) given may not be adequate to resolve the issue.  If that is the case we encourage you to review, join or start a discussion in the My Oracle Support Install Base Community to discuss this information further with Oracle experts and industry peers.  If you cannot find your answer there please be sure to log a Service Request with Oracle Support. Do not wait for the number of Install Base transaction errors to grow to an unmanageable amount.
