iSupport: Automatic Tasks Not Getting Created through Service Request (Doc ID 856892.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Service Request from iSupport Tasks are not automatically being created.
Expect that based on the Request Type used, that Task automatically be created the way they are in the Service Request form (CSXSRISR).

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using an iSupport responsibility create a Service Request.
2. Use a request type that has been setup to automatically create tasks.
3. View the SR in forms and a task has not been automatically created.
