UI Issues With Customized Ship Unit Tab On Copied Oder Base Layout.

This problem can occur on any platform.
On 5.5.05.02, When attempting to copy/edit an order base and create/edit a ship unit using a customized OB ship unit's tab where both Flexible Commodity Qualifier and Commodity Code fields are removed, one can notice the following issues:
1- On the ship unit screen (created or edited), one can notice that there is no vertical and horizontal scrollbars on the screens to navigate as needed.
2- Java Null Pointer Exception, when trying to use the early/late pickup and delivery date pick
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Navigate to Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Screen Set Manager
> Copy the order base screen set.
2- Navigate to Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Menu Manager >
Create new menu.
3- Navigate to Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manager Layout >
Copy the order base manager layout and do customize the ship unit tab and remove the following fields.
* Flexible Commodity Qualifier
* Commodity Code
4- Assign the new OB layout to the new OB screen set.
5- Assign the new OB screen set to the menu.
6- Assign the new menu to ADMIN user via Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manage User Access.
8- Use the new OB screen set and create and copy an existing order base > navigate to ship unit tab > notice the reported issues stated above.
