Intermittent Problems With BEE Spreadsheet Interface On Creation And Loading (Doc ID 858177.1)

Goal

Intermittent problem with Batch Element Entry (BEE) Spreadsheet Interface both with creation of the batch and uploading it to Oracle.  Several attempts to load a batch loads 1 line successfully and then the server connection error message is seen. Subsequent attempts to load, see a further few lines of a large batch loaded then the Exception Name>Fatal Exception error is seen. Records that fail to load are NOT being shown as errors.

Example of messages found in the log file:

The issue occurs from time to time and no matter of the number of lines (10 or 100).

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Payroll Manager responsibility
  2. Create Batch Header in Monthly Batch Header
  3. Open BEE Spreadsheet Interface
  4. Search for batch header > Click on Create Lines > Process > Element = <ELEMENT NAME>
  5. Wait for batch to be created>Unprotect Sheet>Add additional lines into the middle of the spreadsheet
  6. Update sheet with Date>Assignment Number>Tax Code>Tax Basis>Pay Previous> Tax Previous>Refundable=YES>Authority=SOY
  7. Copy <VALUE> into added lines
  8. Click on Oracle>Upload>Select Tagged Lines for Upload
