Terminating Employee Errors - APP-PAY-07202 Cannot Select Comment Text (Doc ID 858257.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to terminate an Employee, the following error occurs:

APP-PAY-07202: Cannot Select comment text
Cause: The comment text does not exist for the specified comment identifier
Action: Please contact your local support representative.



Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

     1. US HRMS Responsibility

     2 .People-Enter/Maintain

     3. Terminate

     4. Encounter error:

          APP-PAY-07202: Cannot Select comment text
