This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When attempting to open any forms application it fails with error.
This is occuring after completing upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.1
ERROR
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal argument for colorScheme applet parameter
at oracle.forms.engine.Main.initDesktop(Unknown Source)
at oracle.forms.engine.Main.start(Unknown Source)
at sun.applet.AppletPanel.run(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Complete upgrade from 115.1.0.2 to R12.1.1
2. Login and open any Forms application.
