Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
When viewing the "Carrier" tab on the Transportation Intelligence Dashboard, the following rows do not have data displayed for the columns "Actual" and "Variance"
% On Time Pickup
% On Time Delivery
Even though there are shipments that have Shipment Events that complete the shipments and set the ENROUTE status to ENROUTE_COMPLETED

1. Navigate to Transportation Intelligence -> Dashboard
2. Click on "Carrier" tab
