Person Type Usage 'Retiree' is Not Removed or End Dated When the Person is Rehired (Doc ID 858774.1)

Person Type Usage record for 'Retiree' is not removed or end dated when a person is rehired and is showing up twice in some standard reports.

Expect an employee, even with the person type of 'Retiree,' to appear only once on reports.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

     Fast Path > End Employment - Terminate person 6/20/08 with reason 'Retirement'

     People > Enter and Maintain - Rehire person 2/09/09

     Run Employee Report and person is listed twice

     Check PTU Records (Person >Others >Person Type Usages) and see he has a record for 'Retiree'
