GenericStatusUpdate Does Not Work With IntSavedQuery.NoDataFoundAction (Doc ID 859036.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

On 5.5.05.04, When attempting to process an Order Base Generic Status Update that uses an Integration Saved query with the No Data found element set to NP, and in a situation where the Integration Saved Query does not return any data, the following error occurs:

ERROR
<IMessageCode>MISSING_REQUIRED_ELEMENT</IMessageCode>
<IMessageText>THE REQUIRED ELEMENT orderBaseGid IS MISSING</IMessageText>

-- Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send in a Generic Status Update XML for an Order Base with an Integration saved query to find the order base and with a value that does not any return any results
2. Also set the NoDataFound Element to NP
3. Process the XML and see that the XML still gets processed and fails to get processed
