When creating non-routine on technician workbench, the error is encountered.
Error: Service Request already exists for the selected Work order.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to CMRO Technician workbench.
2. Search for a work order
3. Select a work order and click the "update" button.
4. Select "Create Non-routine" from the drop down.
5. The error is encountered: Error: Service Request already exists for the selected Work order.
