Terminated Employee Scorecards Error's: Ora-20001: The Primary Key Specified Is Invalid (Doc ID 859315.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to run the Publish Plan concurrent program the following error occurs.

ORA-20001: The primary key specified is invalid
Cause: The primary key values specified are invalid and do not exist in the schema.


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create Plan
  2. Publish Plan successfully.
  3. Make Hierarchy changes, employee terminated (purged).
  4. Re-publish plan
  5. Error reported in the concurrent process log.
