Fetch Settlement Batch Clearing Failing with NullPointerException

-- Problem Statement:
When running program Fetch Settlement Batch Clearing, the program fails and the log shows the following errors:
The error occurs only when using Paymentech as a payment system.
Also, on a subsequent attempt to run Fetch Settlement Batch Clearing, the program would end up successfully and the transactions would be set to status 0 (Success).
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Send credit card batch file to the payment system using Create Settlement Batches
2. Run Fetch Settlement Batch Clearing to download the acknowledgment files from Paymentech's FTP server
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the settlement process and transactions are not set to status 0 (Successful).
Because transactions are not completed, no refunds can be created for the original transactions.
