Position Name not Automatically Updated when Organization Name Changes

On 126.96.36.199 in Production:
Find when changing the organization name the position hierarchy is still not effected, nor position on assignment form.
Expect the position hierarchy update with the new organization name
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- The position consists of 2 segment, the first segment is the organization name
2- Work structures > Organization > Description > Find organization
3- Changed it to the new name <NEW_ORG>
4- Checked in Work structures > Organization > Hierarchy
- Found the new organization name <NEW_ORG>
5- Work structures > Position > Description > Find
- Found the new organization <NEW_ORG>
6- Work structures > Position > Hierarchy
- Found the old organization <OLD_ORG>
- Should see the new one
7- People > Enter And Maintain
8- Query an employee
9- Press Assignment
- In position field for the old organization <OLD_ORG>
