Mass Update Function Is Not Working For Order Release Screen Set For The Field: Time Window Emphasis ID (Doc ID 859583.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

An Order Release Screen Set is configured to include the field "Time Window Emphasis ID" and marked as "Editable". When this screenset is used and an attempt to use the "Mass Update" functionality on some Order Releases, the Time Window Emphasis ID remains unchanged. The Mass Update works on other fields.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an Order Release Screen Set that includes an Editable "Time Window Emphasis ID"
2. Search for Order Releases using this Screen Set
3. Select some rows and click on the "Mass Update" icon
4. Select a new Time Window Emphasis and click OK

Note that the Time Window Emphasis remains unchanged.
