-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.04.05 , Find that the seeded ( OTM Supplied ) Carrier Shipment Capacity Report is not showing any data even though Shipment capacity data is shown
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the Shipment Capacity report shows data when run
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Shipments with Carrier Capacity
2. Run the Shipment Carrier Capacity seeded report and see that the report does not return any data
