Account Inquiry and Drilldown Errors With Page Timeout or Has Poor Performance (Doc ID 860889.1)

Symptoms

Cannot view the GL details in the Journal Drilldown or in the Account Inquiry and Drilldown, but the drilldown from FSG works fine.  This worked previously.

When the drill down is selected it appears that an Oracle process is running on the DB side that is consuming 100% of the CPU:

xla.linesinquiry.server.LinesInquiryAM
