The Talent Profile feature of Oracle Self Service HR is a single repository of workforce information that provides a real-time ready to use, comprehensive view of all talent components of workers on a single page. Talent Profile displays worker information such as personal information, photograph, contact information, and employment details.
Talent Profile obtains relevant data from talent management products and presents the information in the following regions:
