Goal
The aim of the article is to clarify and guide as to how one changes a responsibility to provide more or less functionalities.
e.g. Oracle Contracts implementation manual Part B13893-03. The table suggests that
there is a function to ''change status from draft directly to Signed''. Leading to the question to know the name of this function so that I can use it in defining/restricting responsibilities.
How does one prevent user with a Responsibility from changing repository contracts directly from draft to signed.
