Symptoms
When attempting to queue a task in Warehouse Control Board to a specific user the following message is displayed:
ERROR
"{Employee Name} is not eligible to perform this task".
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Complete the set, Resource, department, Equipment Item, Standard task type.
2.Create a sales order and Pick release
3. Warehouse Manager Responsibility> Inquiry>Warehouse Control Board
4. Outbound.Pending Task> Mark the Tasks
5. Status change to Queued and Assign the Picking Resource
6. Now we see the control Board. Result column is RED CROSS and Message is This employee is not eligible to do this Task.
Get the same result for different resources.
