R12 - Perform Party Merge In Customers Online Datalibrarian (ODL) Errors With 'You cannot select the party with registry ID 136067' (Doc ID 861412.1)

Symptoms

This note has been set to Archived/Internal. Please review content in <Note 831950.1> Party Merge Errors With 'You cannot select the party with Registry ID 24226 because it is already in Party Merge batch 14167' 

When attempting to perform a party merge in Customers Online Data Librarian, the following error message is received:

Error
You cannot select the party with registry ID 136067 because it is already in Party Merge Batch 216128.
You cannot select the party with registry ID 159556 because it is already in Party Merge Batch 216128.

However, the batch '216128' does not exist when queried for it in ODL.

Steps To Reproduce:
-Customers Online Data Librarian responsibility, select Data Quality tab
-Select Merge Requests subtab
-Under Create Merge Request bin, select Smart Search
-Select Parties
-Click Create Merge Request button
