Oracle Succession Planning is a newly licensable product that is available for customers to use from Release 12.1.1.
Oracle Succession Planning is being released after the base release of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 and needs to be applied on top of 12.1.1. Oracle Succession Planning is an integrated talent management product that helps enterprises to obtain a comprehensive understanding of their workforce talent and manage succession plans for key positions, jobs, and employees.
When customers obtain the license for Oracle Succession Planning, they can:
- Identify succession planning requirements
- Identify talent
- Assess workforce talent
- Create and maintain succession plans
