-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to schedule a shipment at a stop where the appointment time was scheduled by
another user, the following error occurs

Unable to schedule appointment for shipment at stop 2 because the time is in conflict with an appointment scheduled by another user.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM Production
2. Scheduled appointment in open slot on UI
3. View unexpected error
