"Check Feasibility" Action Does Update Location Activity Times From Special Service (Doc ID 861989.1)

Symptoms

Fixed Stop Time Activity time defined for Location is not added to stop after Check Feasibility Shipment Action

1. Define a Location to have a Fixed Stop Time activity for a specific Special Service.
2. Create a shipment and add this location as an stop.
3. Add a Special Service manually to this stop.
4. After the shipment update, execute the Shipment Action -> Shipment Management -> Utilities -> Check Feasibility

The activity time is expected to be included in the stop. When editing the shipment and viewing the stop, the Activity Time is not added to the stop.
