"Check Feasibility" Action Does Update Location Activity Times From Special Service (Doc ID 861989.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

A Location is defined to have a Fixed Stop Time activity for a specific Special Service. A shipment is created where this location is added as an NFR stop. A Special Service is then manually added to this stop.

After this shipment update, the Shipment Action -> Shipment Management -> Utilities -> Check Feasibility is executed.

The activity time is expected to be now included in the stop. When editing the shipment and viewing the stop, the Activity Time is not added to the stop.
