Symptoms

In Transaction Open Interface form (INVTVPTX), find some Shipping transactions that cannot be interfaced to Inventory due to the following error:

ERROR
"An error occurred while relieving reservations.|Your rsv_relief request failed with an error code Stmt13"

STEPS
1. Go to: Inventory Responsibility

2. Navigate to: Transactions > Transaction Open Interface.

3. Query for transactions in error.
