How To Pass End Date To Pay_element_entry_api.Delete_element_entry (Doc ID 862713.1)

Goal

Would like to know how to pass the end date to pay_element_entry_api.delete_element_entry so that
element entries get end dated as on a particular date.

For example - Running the API with DELETE mode,and would like the elements to be end dated on 31-MAY-2012.
