Symptoms
On 12.1.1 in Production:
When attempting to run a transaction on the AME test workbench, the following error occurs.
ERROR
"An error occurred while fetching the attributes for given transaction id."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Approvals Management Business Analyst responsibility.
2. Select transaction type.
3. Click on AME test workbench.
4. Provide transaction id of a Leave of Absence Transaction.
5. Click Run Real Testcase(2).
See the above error.
AME exceptions log further shows the following exception:
2009:06:19:13:37:59ORA-20002: 3000: Invalid value(s) passed for arguments. ITEMTYPE=HRSSA ITEMKEY=NULL ANAME=OTA_EVENT_ID
