java.io.FileNotFoundException Error When Running Spell Check On Messages In A Language Other Than English (Doc ID 864820.1)

Symptoms

In the Email Center Application when clicking on spell check button for outbound messages in a
language other than English, like German an error message pops up:

Spellcheck Error. Please call System Administrator. java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/oracle/shr/dev/share/apps/apps_st/comn/webapps/oacore/htmlD/sscege.tlx (No
such file or directory). Most Likely Error: System Profile IEM_SC_LEX_LOC is
empty or incorrect. This value should contain the location of the root
directory for the dictionary files. Provide full pathname and filename. Do not
end this entry with a file/directory separator character (such as the forward
slash in UNIX).



-- Steps To Reproduce:
Login to Email Center application with Email Center Agent Console responsibility,
>Compose Message - Write message in a language other than English
> Click on Spell Check button
> Change language from English to e.g German
> Click on Recheck with new language
-Error message pops up.
