When attempting to run Participation Process Life Events: New hire - get the following:

The person you are currently processing has no potential life event. The scheduled life event has already been processed for this person on the life event occurred date or the scheduled life event has a status of started.

PROC: ben_evaluate_ptnl_lf_evt.eval_ptnl_per_for_ler


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sumbit Request: Participation Process: Life Event
  2. All Temporal Events
  3. Rollback Mode
  4. Program: Active Networks Benefit Program
  5. Plans Not in Programs: No
  6. Only Programs: No
  7. Audit Log: Yes
  8. Limit by Persons Organization: No


 When attempting to run the Participation Process: Selection concurrent request.  Request errors out.

Error Messages:
ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: BEN_91665_BENMNGLE_ERRORED: N,
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MESSAGE", line 498
ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_MANAGE_LIFE_EVENTS", line 6038
The seeded life events have not been seeded for this business group. Please contact your system administrator.
