Requisition Screen Not Opening From Buyer Work Center, Prompting Error In IAS Cache (Doc ID 865493.1)

On R12.1, find Requisition Detail screen not opening when trying to open from Buyer Work Center. Throwing the following error in IAS Cache:

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.apps.jtf.base.resources.FrameworkException: Error
in IAS Cache: java.lang.NullPointerException

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to Purchasing Super User Responsibility.
  2. Menu: Buyer Work Center.
  3. Function: Requisition.
  4. Click on Requisition Number link.

Note: The same error was encountered when creating awards in the CLM Product.
