-- Problem Statement:
On, Find that a Java Process is consuming 150% of the CPU causing User Interface not to respond for a few minutes and general performance degradation of the OTM application.

Expect that the CPU usage of the Java Process is not consuming so much CPU and the user interface does not lock up

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue cannot be reproduced as this is a sporadic occurrence and also this is a server related
