Symptoms
When planning onto STATIC TRIPS, ERU's are not taken into consideration in calculating equipment utilization, only the max effective weight and volume on the equipment.Even when the ship unit is marked 'splittable', it is not split to fit on different schedule instances. It is either all, or nothing.
Example:
An order with a ship unit count of 10 will plan onto schedule instance A.
With a ship unit count of 30, the order does not fit into the space left on A, so the entire order plans onto schedule instance B (the next empty one), instead of part filling the empty space of A and the remainder being split onto the next schedule.
With a ship unit count of 50, the order does not fit into any single schedule instance, and the planning fails completely, instead of being partially planned on A to fill it up, then on B until this is full and the remainder going onto yet the next schedule.
