Itinerary_type Element Missing From Itinerary XML (Doc ID 866254.1)

Symptoms

On the itinerary XML there is no element to be used for the itinerary_type field.
According to the schema, IsActive is the one to use, but this is obsolete. The column on the table was changed from is_active to itinerary_type. As a result, when using the element IsActive, nothing gets updated.

This is experienced when the XML file is uploaded via Business Process Automation -> Integration Manager -> Upload an XML/CSV Transmission.  The Itinerary Type field value is not updated. This has been tried with N, I, Y values in the <IsActive> tag in the XML. None of the values work.
