Legal entity 1 (LE1) has one OU attached (OU 1)
Legal entity 2 (LE2) has one OU attached (OU 2)

Transaction:

LE1 >> OU1 Does the purchasing and receipt of goods/services.
LE2 >> OU2 Can it make the payment on behalf of LE1?

Similarly, can a receipt in OU2 be applied to an invoice in OU1?
