When a manager goes into Manager Self Service and changes the title for their direct report, would like the grade to automatically default to the appropriate grade for that title. Instead, the grade field defaults to a null value because it is the first in the list of values along with the only valid grade for that job title.
The problem here is that some managers are leaving the grade as a null value instead of selecting the grade. As a result, this carries over to the HR Assignment form with no value.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Navigate to Manager Self Service-->Click change Job/Position-->Pick the new Job-->But the grade is not defaulting.
