Symptoms

On 5.5.05 in Production:
When attempting to fix the error occurred while submitting the order template to create an Order Base or Order Release the following error occurs:

ERROR
HTTP Status 404 - /GC3/jsp/null/null/Header.jspx

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1 - Log on to an OTM 5.5.05 system.

2 - Navigate to: Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Base.

3 - Create Order Base ID: 1234 and Set it to be a Template.

4 - Navigate to: Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Template.

5 - Search for ID 1234

6 - To cause an error when the Order Base is saved enter the ID as an existing ID of: 1234

7 - Click 'Submit Order'.

8 - As expected an error message is displayed, the window includes the 'Fix Errors' button.

9 - Click on the 'Fix Errors' button.

10 - Instead of returning to the object to fix the errors the following error is displayed:

HTTP Status 404 - /GC3/jsp/null/null/Header.jspx
