Unable to Input 6 Decimal Digits at Quantity Field on WIP Material Txn Form

This problem can occur on any platform.
In WIP material transactions, issuing out a qty of 6 decimal places (eg: 0.000004) was resulting in rounding to 5 decimal places and hence resulting in variance.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Responsibility : Work in Process super user
2) Open Material Transactions > WIP Material Transactions screen.
3) Fill in Job number and select Transaction Type = 'WIP Issue' click continue button.
4) Fill in Subinventory and fill in Quantity to 0.000004.
Following error message pop-up.
Error : 'Quantity must be greater than zero'
