Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
When creating a Purchase Order, funds check fails with the following error message:
"Your Budgetary Control action completed with exceptions."

Error
1. Procedure PSA_BC_XLA_PUB.Budgetary_Control returns an error without any details to the calling
procedure PO_ENCUMBRANCE_POSTPROCESSING.execute_gl_call. Please contact your support representative.
2. Your Budgetary Control action completed with exceptions.
3. CHECK_RESERVE-100: User-Defined Exception Cause: A SQL error has occurred in CHECK_RESERVE. The
SQL error is User-Defined Exception. Action: Take note of both this error number and the actions
you were trying to perform. Contact your system administrator for further assistance.
4. Your Budgetary Control action completed with exceptions.
