Debrief Line Disappear From Technician Portal When Clicking The Apply Button (Doc ID 868936.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
When creating a new debrief lines using the Technician Portal, the line disappears.
After enter the all details in the labor line then click on the Apply button the following happened:
1. The debrief line disappear
2. The record is saved and visible in the debrief form (Form Name : CSFFEDBF)

Instance: 12.0.6

Steps To Reproduce:
R) Field Service Technician Portal N) Debrief => Labor => Apply
The record is saved on Customer Support --> Find Service Request --> Task Tab --> Debrief

Business Impact:
Can't use the Field Service Technician Portal
