FSTP Debrief Line Disappear When Clicking The Apply Button

When creating a new debrief line using the Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP), and clicking on the Apply button, the line disappears.
The entered details do appear to be saved to the database, since they are visible in the debrief form (Form Name : CSFFEDBF)
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Connect using the Field Service Technician Portal responsibility.
2. N) Debrief => Enter Labor => Apply
