Symptoms
When attempting to view a notification via email by clicking on the link the following error occurs.
ERROR
Page cannot be displayed. Is shown in the browser.
WORKAROUND
Change the link to be the middle tier and the notification is read
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see email notifications
