More Price Lists Or More Modifiers? (Doc ID 869324.1)

Goal

In general,which will provide better pricing performance - more price lists or more modifiers?
Our customers tend to have individual, customer-specific pricing on many items; however, there is
also a 'standard' price list that is often used for more routine items.

Is it recommended that I set up thousands of price lists, each qualified to the specific customer,
or use one default price list and set up thousands of modifiers, each qualified to a specific customer?
