Goal

When running the Participation Process: Compensation Workbench from the Concurrent Manager
     - the process completes when recursive hierarchy is detected.

However, in Self-Service, the process will not complete, rather the following error occurs:

'A recursive relationship was detected in the manager hierarchy.
You can correct the hierarchy data by updating the worksheet manager on the employee administration page for each Person ID listed.
You should also fix the problem at its HR source and refresh the summary using Refresh Job. The list of Person IDs are reported below...
