Restrictions on Planning Objects Not Considered if Objects are Constrained on an Order Release (Doc ID 870133.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Any restrictions on planning data (i.e Itinerary, Rates, Equipment) are ignored during planning if those objects are constrained on the Order.

For example, if you have a Maximum Weight on an Itinerary but the order exceeds this weight, the order will still plan with this itinerary if the itinerary is constrained. Similar logic holds for:

Itinerary restrictions
Rate restrictions
Equipment restrictions
Service Provider restrictions
etc...
