Symptoms

Users are unable to find tasks in the Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP) Dashboard form. When a task is created in the Task form they are unable to query it in the FSTP dashboard page.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Select field service administrator portal
2. Query for tasks owned by the user.
3. No records found.
