Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2: when attempting to debrief an item the following error occurs.


ERROR
IPL: Item <item> and UOM EA not on Pricelist Corporate



STEPS
1. Login to the Oracle Applications
2. R) Field Service Manager --> Create a Service Request and Task.
3. Click on the Debrief button and enter the debrief lines and save.
