PQP_ASSIGNMENT_ATTRIBUTES_F Table not picked up by enhanced retro notification report

When changes are made on the Extra Details of Service form, they are not picked up by Enhanced Retro Notification Report.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


2.A retro event is required on the Extra Details of Service form.
The retro event has been set-up as per implementation instructions with an event on the Insert of
a row and also an Update event on "LGPS Pensionable Pay".

3 Employee created 01-APR-2008.

4.A Payroll has been run in April 2008 for this employee.

5.make a retrospective change to the Extra Details of Service on the 03-MAY-2008.
This change appears to have been recorded in the correct event tables based on the SQL
provided in the Retropay White Paper, see attached file.

6. The "Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF" concurrent program is run again and ought to
identify the new retro event but it does not.
