Symptoms

Run Geography Name Referencing Program and the log file is showing this error:

Processing for Table : HZ_LOCATIONS and Run Type : ALL
Parameters: Country Code :NULL
Usage Code :ALL
From Location Id :NULL: To Location Id:NULL
Start Date :NULL: End Date:NULL
Number of workers:1

Current Location ID: 571
The address cannot be validated because no geography mapping exists for this country. Please contact your system administrator.
Current Location ID: 680
The address cannot be validated because no geography mapping exists for this country. Please contact your system administrator.
Current Location ID: 1364
The address cannot be validated because no geography mapping exists for this country. Please contact your system administrator.

Total number of Processed Locations:654490
Number of Successfully Processed Locations:649360
Number of Locations in Error:5130


Steps to reproduce:

Responsibility: Trading Community Manager
Navigation:
Control > Request > Run

  1. Select Geography Name Referencing Program from the list of values.
  2. Choose the following parameters:
    • Country Code = NULL
    • From Location Id = NULL
    • To Location Id = NULL 
    • Start Date = NULL
    • End Date = NULL
  3. Submit the Program

 

Geography Hierarchy for Country Code 'US' is set up properly with Geography Validation being selected in the Manage Validation.
